Accurate Group has a wide range of products for I&C installations (Control and Measurement Equipment and Automation), from simple tools and sensors to complex measurement systems that integrate tool sets and digital measurement systems for machine modernization and quality control. Our technical advisors are available to help in selecting the optimal solutions. At the customer’s request, we can also provide unusual or hard-to-find measurement devices.
We offer a full range of measuring devices of the esteemed ProScale brand manufactured by Accurate Technology, which are characterized by a very good quality to price ratio.ProScale measuring systems are an ideal solution for general purpose linear measurements requiring high accuracy. They achieve measurement accuracy down to fractions of a micron (one thousandth of a millimeter). ProScale devices are characterized by high durability, protection against the impact of magnetic fields, variable input voltage, vibrations and protection against environmental contamination. ProScale measuring systems combine two patented measurement technologies.
ProScale products are available in handheld portable devices as well as free-standing and stationary measurement systems for single or dual axis measurement.
ProScale devices include a wide range of products for:
- quality control: ready-made measurement systems such as ProTable™,
- single-axis measurements, e.g. laboratory measuring tables,
- quick and easy measurement of the length of shafts and pipes (TUBE measuring system),
- parts with a diameter from 2.54 mm to 76 mm,
measuring the length of sheets and tiles up to 3.68 m long (XD measuring system), - measurement of steel, ceramic, aluminum and plastic parts,
- measuring length, width, perpendicularity and the distance from edge to hole and from hole to hole on sheets, tiles, panels (XU measuring system).
For the DIY enthusiast, the System 590 ProScale offers a measuring system, linear guide and carriage.
For measurements in 2 or 3 axes we offer dedicated systems:
- CAB is an award-winning door and tile measuring system that measures length and width (and optionally squareness) simultaneously. Designed for measuring wooden doors, this system can be used for many more applications. The CAB system is available in many variants.
- The OPT system, which is a non-contact meter, is custom designed to fit all types of products and applications.
- The XY system, which also measures length and width, is a robust and durable device; suitable for sheet steel, glass and large or heavy plastic parts.
- STAND industrial measuring and control tools designed specifically for milling heads up to 380mm.
At the request of our clients, we implement non-standard quality control measurement systems, including for the wood, medical, glass, steel, lighting and automotive industries.
Types of control and measurement devices offered by Accurate Group:
- Meters (touchstones) including: microprocessor meters of temperature, current and voltage signals, revolutions, electromagnetic field, humidity, light intensity. Digital meters constitute the largest group of measuring devices in automation. Depending on the type of measurement signal or sensor type used, the offered devices have appropriate inputs (e.g. voltage, millivolt, temperature sensor or thermocouple)
- Flow meters, including: pressure (manometric), variable cross-section, tachometric, thermal, turbine, mass, electromagnetic, oscillation, vortex, ultrasonic, Cariolis. Flow meters are a measuring device used to measure the volume flow or mass of matter moving through a given surface perpendicular to the flow direction.
- Recorders, including: temperature and humidity, current and voltage signals, CO2 concentration, engine parameters, analog signals. We offer various types of industrial recorders, including very advanced models, both USB recorders that allow data to be generated directly on end devices, and wireless WLAN recorders with a remote monitoring function. Many models have a function of archiving measurement data, which is stored in the memory integrated with the device.
- Characterographs. We offer various types of measuring devices enabling observation, quick measurement and the possibility of plotting current-voltage characteristics of the measured element and its observation on the device screen.
- Detectors, including: gases, metals, particles, radiation, changes in chemical composition. Detectors used to detect (detect), often also to record data from signals or phenomena that cannot be registered by human senses.
In the production sector, in mechanics and industrial automation, control and measurement devices and systems are used to measure and monitor the operating parameters of machines, to measure the parameters of manufactured products. Data collected in the automation system is transmitted to the control center on an ongoing basis.
