Open Linear Bearings are constructed analogously to closed linear bearings but have a cut-out section along their entire length. They come in two varieties differing in the outer diameter of the sleeve and length. These are KB bearings (European type) manufactured by companies such as SKF, BOSCH REXROTH, INA and LM bearings (Japanese type) manufactured mainly by the Japanese company THK. These bearings also come in several variants. A relatively frequently used variant are open linear bearings in housings.
Adjustable linear bearings are a special type of bearing that can be adapted to the specific application by changing the tightness between the shaft and the bearing. They are precisely adjustable in terms of diameter and feed speed and are characterized by the ability to carry large loads. Bearings in an adjustable housing are a very good solution in the case of direct mounting.

Sliding bearings are commonly used in various types of machines in many industries. They are an optimal solution that reliably transfers oscillating movements, compensating for any misalignment. Unlike rolling bearings, sliding bearings do not have intermediary moving elements. The construction of a classic sliding bearing is very simple because it consists of two surfaces – a moving (sliding) one, which is a cylindrical bearing shell, and a stationary (supporting) one. Rotational movement occurs here by sliding.

Inch ball bearings are very universal and common, they can withstand many loads. These bearings are produced in many sizes and variants, depending on the application, required operating temperature, clearance or accuracy. In the case of ball bearings, and especially inch bearings, it is worth knowing the characteristics of the bearing’s operating environment when assembling an order, on the one hand, and the classification and markings of bearings, on the other hand.

Bearing units consist of a rolling bearing and a housing (casing). These are specially designed environments for optimal bearing operation. Bearing units consist of a housing available in various variants (e.g. pedestal, flanged) and in two types: split and non-split; they also consist of a grease nipple, spherical seat, cage and a steel or industrial plastic cover. Depending on the housing design, the plane can be parallel or perpendicular to the shaft axis. In split housings, it is possible to replace individual bearing elements. Bearing units are the best solution in a highly polluted environment because their housing provides a very high level of protection against dirt.
Depending on the specific working environment, we supply various types of special bearings, including: high-temperature bearings made of ceramic materials, bearings with special coatings that additionally protect against wear, corrosion or the flow of electric current, bearings designed to withstand high dynamic or static loads.
Special bearings are commonly referred to as special purpose bearings, characterized by features that allow them to work in unconventional environments and often in extreme conditions. They are often made of advanced materials, covered with a special coating, have unique design solutions and shapes. Special bearings may differ from standard bearings in the following properties: dedicated structure, type of materials used, size and weight, mounting method and lubrication method.
Combined bearings are bearings in which more than one rolling element is used. Most often, they are a combination of needle-ball bearings or needle-roller bearings. Needle-ball bearings are characterized by the possibility of working on the transverse axis and simultaneously in the longitudinal direction. They usually do not have an inner ring, which allows for much greater rotation accuracy and smaller spread of radial clearance. The second type of relatively often used combined bearings are needle-roller bearings. They are used for high speeds, high radial loads with simultaneous occurrence of small axial loads.

Ball bearings are the largest and most commonly used group of bearings in industrial machines. The offer of ball bearings can be generally divided into: standard bearings, angular contact bearings, self-aligning bearings and thrust bearings.
Deep groove ball bearings are characterized by simple construction, durability and the ability to withstand high radial loads and low axial loads. Angular contact ball bearings they resemble ordinary ball bearings, but they have profiled movable raceways rings that can be arranged at different angles to the bearing axis. Angular contact ball bearings are divided into single-row single-direction bearings and double-row double-direction bearings. In addition, they function precision angular contact ball bearings designed for special applications. They are characterized by very high precision, which ensures low vibrations and high stiffness. The third type of ball bearings are self-aligning ball bearings. They consist of two rows of balls in a ring and a spherical raceway. They are characterized by high stiffness, strength and durability, relatively quiet operation, and low heat generation during operation. Self-aligning bearings carry radial and axial loads. On the other hand, Thrust ball bearingsalso called thrust bearings are designed to carry heavy loads in one or both directions; they cannot be loaded with transverse forces. They consist of two rings that have separate tracks. Our offer includes single-direction and double-direction ball bearings.

Cylindrical roller bearings are characterized by a separable structure – the inner and outer rings can be mounted separately, which makes assembly easier.
